Our Team.
Meet the dedicated members of the Peace to Parents Board, whose leadership, vision, and compassion guide our mission to help families build safe, stable, and thriving lives.

Deanna Williams
Founder & CEO
Deanna Williams, founder of Peace to Parents and President of Family Dynamics, began her career as a social worker in 2013, driven by an unwavering commitment to support and empower children and families. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston University in 2018, following a Bachelor’s in Social Work and Health Administration from Florida International University in 2013.
Her journey has taken her through countless stories of hardship and resilience, walking alongside single-parent households navigating the harsh realities of life, whether fighting to keep a roof over their heads, managing the trauma of violence, or striving to provide stability in an unpredictable world. These experiences not only revealed the boundless strength within these communities but also exposed the deep gaps in support that often leave them on the brink.
Deanna’s passion for service has always extended beyond her professional role. She attended American Heritage High School in Plantation, Florida, where she won the 2009 State Championship, later earning a scholarship to play soccer at Jackson State University. During the 2009–2010 season, her team won the SWAC Championship. Deanna has since coached four seasons of recreational soccer and two seasons of school soccer, using the sport as a platform to build confidence, teamwork, and discipline in youth.
In 2018, Deanna founded Family Dynamics, starting as a contracted mental health therapist and evolving it into a community liaison organization that partners with schools, agencies, and local businesses to connect families with critical resources. Having personally experienced social work burnout, Deanna is now building systems designed to prevent it, creating a framework that supports professionals as much as the families they serve.
Peace to Parents and Family Dynamics work together to close the gap between home and school, creating a seamless pipeline of care that empowers families, supports educators, and strengthens communities.
Peace to Parents was born from this lived experience, a vision to break cycles of instability and create pathways for families to thrive.
Deanna also serves as Senior Advisor to the Board for NFL Sisters in Service.
